Product Description
Remote viewing...precognitive dreaming...synchronicity...the United States Department of Defense using ESP to gather intelligence information... Sounds like science fiction? Actually it is the true story of Project STARGATE, the U.S. government's top secret program and the experience of its former director. In 1975 Dale Graff was safely entrenched as an Aerospace Engineer and Physicist with the United States Air Force's Foreign Technology Division. Little did he know that the result of one of his assessment reports on emerging technologies would be the beginning of the highly classified Project STARGATE - which lasted over 20 years - and, perhaps more importantly, would bring him in contact with his own new perspective of reality. In this book Graff shares his fascinating experiences as the director of Project STARGATE and his personal odyssey following Tracks in the Psychic Wilderness. Graff also includes a final section on how to develop your own powers of remote viewing and precognitive dreaming and how to recognize synchronicity in your life.

Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!], Thursday 11 January, 2001 Reviewer: Benita Terrell from Amarillo, TX, United States
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. As a semi-skeptic that is nonentheless fascinated by the possibilities of PSI, I found this book refreshing after reading so much on the topic by the usual "new-age" authors that cannot discuss these issues without bringing spirituality and belief systems into play. I felt that Graff was as objective as anyone can be in delivering a first hand account of his own experiences. His scientific approach lent much more creditiblity to the subject matter than the enthusiasm offered by those that are too wrapped up in their own experiences or too wrapped up in trying to debunk something they know nothing about.
This book will be fascinating for anyone interested in exploring PSI from a different perspective than that offered by most authors. I see from the reviews here that I am in the minority. Some reviewers have complained that this book was not well-written. I didn't notice because I was so engrossed in the material. I also see that from the raving reviews about David Morehouse's book, "Psychic Warrior" that I am in the minority there. I found "Psychic Warrior" to be written on a fifth-grade level; Ozzie Nelson joins the Army and look at the surprises he's in for!
Whether or not you would enjoy this book entirely depends upon what you are interested in. If you are looking for government conspiracies, science fiction thrills, or even reasons to back up your own skepticism about PSI, don't bother. If you're interested in one man's experiences as he participated in the research being conducted by the U.S. government, you will probably find this book interesting, if not entertaining.
