We offer 4 courier services. All items up to 2 kg are shipped via Royal Mail within the UK or Airmail outside the UK, unless another 'recorded' delivery
option is chosen. For items over 2 kg we offer 2 different services within mainland UK:
- Standard courier delivery within the UK Mainland (delivery time 2-3 days depending on destination)
- Priority Delivery faster delivery within the UK at an additional cost.
Orders to the the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will be shipped by courier but incur and additional cost.
International orders over 2 kilos, including the Channel Islands will be shipped through our International courier service. Orders within Europe
should reach their destination within 3-7 days of dispatch, worldwide
orders should reach their destination within 7-10 days of dispatch depending on destination.
Please allow 24hrs for processing of the order on top of the delivery times.
PLEASE NOTE - If you do not receive your items within 10 days of ordering please contact us as soon as possible. We can only trace items up to 28 days after date of dispatch. You must advise us of non-delivery within these 28 days or we are unable to compensate for missing items.
Guarantee
If goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by email to customerservices@theyogashop.co.uk . We shall be happy to arrange a replacement or refund to the value, at no further cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where you are dissatisfied for any other reason and you wish to cancel your purchase from us please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We are happy to issue a refund for unused goods, and will do so within 30 days of being notified. Please refer to the Returns Policy below.
Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and complete, together with the relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting from the day after the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to insure the goods adequately. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation, or if you request it, we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Note: If you request us to arrange for a courier collection we are unable to specify the collection time and someone needs to be present when the courier comes.
If you wish to cancel, please write to us at the address below. We require all cancellation requests in writing, within 7 working days starting on the day after you receive the goods from us. Alternatively fax us on 00 44 (0)131-558-3830 or mail cs@theyogashop.co.uk. We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any collection costs, within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.
Please note that under The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 we cannot accept the return of video, DVD or audio products once the seal is broken. All returns must be in an unused and re-saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
