LIVE PATANJALI!

Is this book targeted at yogis and those who are interested in yoga?
No, this book is for all who have an inquiring mind.  It is primarily a book of philosophy and spirituality.  There is actually very little physical yoga in it (less than 10 pages!).

What is the difference between LIVE PATANJALI! and other self-help books?
Firstly, it is based on a 2000 year old Classical Indian philosophy, derived from many sages and wise men of that time and compiled by Sri Patanjali.  Therefore, there is a solid and established framework that has lasted through the ages, not the faddish thinking of one ‘expert’.     

Secondly, LIVE PATANJALI! espouses a way of life that has a real following in the world.  There are millions of people who quietly live this life, making a difference to the world they live in.  You are just tapping into the wisdom of those who have seen the light.

Thirdly, and perhaps most importantly, it is written in a fun, semi-autobiographical prose!  One of the annoying traits of self-help books is that readers often feel patronised and preached to.  I tried to avoid that!
