Track 1: Alpha-Level Programming: Sit or lie down, close your eyes and turn on the player. Headphones enhance the three-dimensional sound effects. Dick's voice is combined with environmental sounds, relaxing you while you imagine a peaceful tropical island. You'll soon experience a dreamy state of mind, ideal for subconscious acceptance of suggestions. After about 20 minutes, you are directed to open your eyes, feeling relaxed and energized. The last 10 Minutes of this track is 'Mind Imprinting' to program you while you do other things. Track 2: Subliminal Programming - The suggestions you heard on Track 1 are embedded into 30 minutes of soothing stereo music. You hear only the music, but your subconscious mind will hear and accept the life-changing suggestions, because they are not challenged by your conscious mind. Use Track 2 anytime, any-where. Track 2 can also serve as sleep programming at bedtime - simly listen as you go to sleep.
