GAYO

GAYO is a young pirate who is in search of the biggest treasure ever. His pirate friends live in a world of pleasure and enjoy being horrible and nasty. GAYO is different; he is clever, full of fun, caring and has a deep knowledge inside. The days of the pirates' world are over when GAYO discovers the secrets of Yoga during his search. With the help of some magical stones, the crow KaBah, a butterfly, a mighty tree and his pirate friends, he enters into a world of awareness, understanding and harmony. A Yoga story in Mind, Body and Spirit. GAYO offers a pioneering concept of reading, exploring and learning life skills at the same time. To stimulate a multitude of ways to perceive and access information, children and adults are lead into the principles of Yoga with fun and are asked to take an active part in GAYO's story. The concept of Yoga and its philosophy are explored with Yoga Postures, Yoga Play Poses and Yogic Thinking exercises, which are integrated in a lively, deep and captivating story.
