Being "energetically" attacked not only zaps your energy but also affects your health and relationships. It can be in many forms such as pure hatred, jealousy, or someone always taking advantage of you. While the best option would be to avoid those "energy vampires", that is not always possible when they are close family members. Dorothy Harbour in "Energy Vampires" enlightens us on the different types of energy vampire and gives us a variety of exercises (vizualizations) to both strengthen and protect our core energy from others. An essential book for sensitive souls.
