At The Yoga Shop we are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction.
Working in conjunction with leading manufacturers, we are able to bring you todays quality yoga essential items at the best prices anywhere in the UK or Europe. All videos are PAL format unless stated.

Outside these times, when are processing orders or when we are closed, please leave a message clearly stating your telephone number and any other relevant information.

We try to respond to all suggestions and complaints within 48 hours and all contact information is kept confidential.
Delivery Schedule
We usually despatch all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will normally get your order to you in 2-3 business days . International orders are generally received in around 1 week. If there is any problem we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.
Disclaimer
While every effort is taken to ensure that information shown on the website is accurate please note that a terms of acceptance and contract are only finalised once you receive a despatch note that confirms that the items are in stock and have been despatched. If there are problems and the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, then this will be detailed on the despatch note and the offer to purchase will be deemed as not accepted by The Yoga Shop and where appropriate a full refund issued.
All goods are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Mistakes in pricing on the website which are identified prior to orders being despatched shall be deemed to be a refusal of acceptance of the customers offer by The Yoga Shop. Under these circumstances the customer shall be given the choice of a full refund or to pay the correct price.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If it is not possible to back order an item then the formation of a contract will be deemed not complete and a full refund made.
Tax Charges
The prices shown on the product pages include UK VAT (where applicable) at a rate of 17.5% (VAT No. GB 809 3772 08). VAT is deducted automatically in the shopping basket for non-EU customers. Local taxes & duties for those outside the EU are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All orders processed using SSL.
We are also a member of the Which Web Trader Code of Practice and registered under the Data Protection Act for your added security.
Guarantee & Returns
If goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by email to rebecca@theyogashop.co.uk. We shall be happy to arrange a replacement or refund to the value, at no further cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where you are dissatisfied for any other reason and you wish to cancel your purchase from us simply notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods. We are happy issue a refund for unused goods, and will do so within 30 days of being notified. You must return the goods to us as soon as possible and we do not arrange collection of the goods unless they are faulty. Please note that we cannot accept the return of videos or audio products once the seal is broken or any items which have been used. Please note that the responsibility of safe return of the goods lies with you, the customer. Responsibility of the goods only returns to The Yoga Shop once we have signed for receipt of the goods in the same condition they were despatched. We highly recommend that when you are returning goods, that you use a recorded / insured form of postage for your own protection. Please note that where goods are returned which are not faulty, then the following costs to The Yoga Shop will be passed on to the customer and deducted from any refund. Original shipping charge, Bank charges for refunding credit card (5%) and an Administration fee of £10.00.
