The second and third series are not for people who have only "done the sun salutations". This is for those of you who have mastered the primary series which includes a "wrapping the ankles behind your head" pose. Yes, it can be done but do not bother to try unless you have taken a lot of instructor-led Ashtanga courses. Go David! Namaste
