The deck was created and illustrated by David Palladini.
Palladini combined the ancient symbols of the traditional Tarot with more modern, updated images in a combination of Art Deco and Art Nouveau styles. He created a unique blend of colourful, emotive backgrounds with pale faced, stoic characters. Depending on one's response to the deck, these images and colours may allow the querent to identify with the card in question to a more personal degree.
