This is a unique book, practically a complete record of the words and works of Jesus of Nazareth, from his birth in Bethlehem to his ascension from the Mount of Olives some thirty-three years later. It includes the eighteen years not recorded in the New Testament, when Jesus travelled in Tibet, Egypt, India, Persia and Greece, talking with monks and wise men. This book was a birthday gift to me by a very special person. I have always believed in God and Jesus, but reading this book cemented my faith even more. The passages I could not understand in the bible but were discussed in this book were suddenly all too clear for me. Jesus is indeed the way the truth and the light. He became man to show us that what he has done, we can do likewise...sucessfully resisting temptations and the benefits of knowing and choosing good over evil. The book also made it clear that indeed the Kingdom of God is at hand....because the kingdom lies in our hearts, and we only need to embrace Jesus with faith and proclaim that He is indeed our Savior and our God. God bless all. May many more lives be touched by this wonderful book. May the person who gave me this book be blessed a hundredfold for opening not just my eyes, but my heart and soul as well.
