This music is a journey from the deep ryhthmic roots of the earth to the heart and above. Loosely based on the energy centres connected to our bodies, the music can accompany a yoga practice, or be used to chill with the soft expansive sounds of the later tracks.

"The earthy, hypnotic drone moves in waves, inviting us in to our very physical being, before the gradual uplifting into higher energies. I have it on replay continuously within a session, it echoes the journey of awakening that can occur in bodywork, deepening each cycle.The soft haunting sound echoes something primal and ancient within.
