Part II of the Art of Adjusting will continue with more in-depth analysis of asanas of the Primary Series plus adjusting some of the asanas of the Second Series. Like the Primary Series, the second series asanas will be looked at in-depth and appropriate adjustments and teaching guidelines discussed and practised. This workshop will be invaluable for anyone practising or teaching the Second Series. Note that this workshop is a Yoga Alliance UK Accredited Core Module Time schedule:
